The European Commission is currently holding a public consultation on EU funds in the area of investment, research & innovation (R&D), small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and single market.
The objective of the consultation is to collect the views of all interested parties on how to make the most of the EU budget, and to make comprehensive proposals for the next generation of financial programmes for the EU’s long-term budget (post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework).
The European Commission’s proposals will be designed to make it possible for the EU to deliver large scale investments in R&D and comprehensive development of SMEs in European single market in the future. Feedback collected through the public consultations will influence the design of the next EU Research and Innovation programme (e.g. Framework Programme 9).
In order to achieve all this, a careful assessment both of what has worked well in the past and what could be improved in the future is organized.
All companies (SMEs and large industries) with an interest in issues related to investment, entrepreneurship, R&D should take part in the consultation in order to influence future EU funding programmes. LNE Group can support you by shaping your innovation policy and establishing a broader coalition of companies and associations with similar positions.
You can contribute to this public consultation by filling in an online questionnaire. The deadline for submitting your feedback is 8 March 2018.
The questionnaire could be found here.
