EU reveal draft plan for investing up to €1Bn in R&D to deliver Smart, Green, and Integrated Transport:
The European Commission has published the draft calls for proposals in the field of transport for the years 2018-2020. Worth almost € 1 billion, the calls address current societal challenges across all transport modes, including low-carbon and sustainable transport, safe and resilient transport systems and digitalization. Special attention has been given to autonomous road vehicles and ships as well as electric green vehicles and aircraft.
