Jake Giermann

Jake Giermann serves as the Manager of LNE Group’s state and federal practice in both Ohio and West Virginia, splitting his time between the two states to address the diverse needs of clients wherever his expertise is required.

During his four years in the Ohio State Legislature, Jake collaborated with seven members of the Ohio House of Representatives, including four members of a former Speaker’s leadership team. His responsibilities included addressing constituent concerns, drafting legislation, and planning and submitting funding amendments during the budget cycle. His tenure at the capital provided him with expertise in a wide range of policy areas, including energy, healthcare, education, economic development, tort reform, election law, and both criminal and civil law.

Beyond the legislature, Jake has been actively involved in federal and local campaigns. Specializing in grassroots initiatives, communications, and strategic planning, he has provided essential expertise in campaign strategy and messaging. Notably, he played a key role in the unexpected November 2024 election victory, flipping a West Virginia state senate seat that had been held for 32 years.

In addition to his political career, Jake transitioned to the corporate sector, joining the investment banking division of a Fortune 500 company. There, he gained a deep understanding of financial markets and the complexities of banking and securities. He also brought his expertise to the logistics sector, excelling in business development and customer relations. His work included designing targeted communication strategies for domestic and international prospects and clients, developing growth and strengthening key relationships.
