Ryan Lemmon is a lifelong West Virginian who lives with his family in Charleston. An accomplished government affairs executive, public policy strategist, and media advisor, Ryan has a proven track record of advancing statewide economic initiatives and high-stakes advocacy campaigns.
As Vice President of LNE Group and leader of the firm's West Virginia operations, Ryan guides clients through complex legislative, regulatory, and public-policy matters. His work spans a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, energy, retail, gaming and entertainment, technology, and higher education.
Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Strategic Advisor to two West Virginia Senate Presidents and the Senate Finance Chairman. In that role, he helped shape the strategy, legislative roadmap, and public narrative surrounding a comprehensive proposal to eliminate the state personal income tax. Grounded in data-driven analysis and cross-functional leadership, Ryan brings a practical perspective to economic competitiveness, political risk, regulatory reform, and the public-sector considerations surrounding private investment.
Before joining LNE Group in 2023, Ryan's experience included marketing and advertising, leadership of a statewide advocacy organization, and political campaign management.
